Yes, if your existing display meets compatibility requirements (HDMI 2.0+, 4K support), we can integrate it. However, we recommend our included commercial-grade display for optimal reliability and warranty coverage.
How long does installation take?
Typical installation takes 4 - 6 hours per room, including hardware setup, network configuration, platform enrollment, and user training. We coordinate with your IT team to minimize disruption.
What support is included?
Standard support includes 1-year hardware warranty, software updates, and email support. Emarson Care+ adds proactive monitoring, remote diagnostics, priority support, and annual health checks.
Is it scalable across multiple locations?
