How long does installation take?
Typical installation takes 1 - 2 days per room, including hardware setup, structured cabling, network configuration, platform enrollment, and training. We coordinate with your facilities and IT teams.
What support is included?
Standard support includes 1-year hardware warranty, software updates, and email support. Emarson Care+ adds proactive monitoring, remote diagnostics, priority support SLAs, and annual health checks.
Is it scalable across multiple locations?

What network requirements are needed?
Each room requires dedicated network drops with PoE+ support, VLAN segmentation capability, QoS configuration for collaboration traffic, and sufficient bandwidth (recommended 10 Mbps per room). We conduct a network readiness assessment before deployment.
Can rooms be managed remotely?
Yes. All Collaborate™ rooms are enrolled in Microsoft Teams Admin Center or Zoom Admin for centralized management, remote troubleshooting, software updates, and analytics.
