The Manager of Business Development - Networking will drive growth by building and nurturing strategic relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding our network of contacts. Key responsibilities include developing and executing networking strategies, fostering partnerships, and achieving business development goals to support company objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ability to discuss & understand customer’s requirements and offer solutions in line with our trusted 3D approach of discover, design & deploy.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective pipeline management.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers, while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the Senior Management team.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in the networking industry and continuously enhance product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and customer support, to address customer needs and provide exceptional service.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends and competitors.

Educational Qualification / Work Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelors / Masters in Engineering / Technology / Sales & Marketing
  • Proven track record of 8 to 12 years in sales, with At least 2 – 3 years domain experience in selling Networking products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and negotiate effectively.
  • Should be able to design, develop and implement a Business Development Strategy
  • Adept at relationship building resulting in achieving the revenue and growth targets annually
  • Establish and expand the Company’s brand throughout the Partner community
  • Should have experience in doing presentations, demonstrations, conducting evaluations, preparing proposals, responding to RFPs.
