The Sales Head will drive business growth by acquiring new accounts, meeting sales targets, overseeing business development, and ensuring the team meets company expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities
To ensure fulfilment of client’s requirements by guiding on day-to-day activity of various assigned account base to the team.

Results to be achieved
Increase volume of business by adding new accounts, meeting sales targets set by the management, business development, making sure all the team members are meeting their sales targets in line with company’s expectation.
Profile
Oversee the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective pipeline management.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers, while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the Board Members.
Should have experience in direct selling
Make sure that quotes are quoted to the customer in strict accordance with the contract terms & margin targets.
Regularly assess the skill set of resources and identify gaps, if any
Should be able to formulate strategies to meet monthly/quarterly/ Annual sales targets with the desired margins
Ability to establish & maintain working relationships with OEM principals, Vendors & Suppliers.
Educational Qualification / Work Experience & Skills:
Proven track record of 15 to 17 years in IT sales, with At least 10 years domain experience in selling Networking or Cybersecurity products and solutions.
Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented, self-starter and team playing ability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and negotiate effectively
Should be able to design, develop and implement a Business Development Strategy
Adept at relationship building resulting in achieving the revenue and growth targets annually
Establish and expand the Company’s brand throughout the Partner community
Should have experience in doing presentations, demonstrations, conducting evaluations, preparing proposals, responding to RFPs.
