Job Role:

Pre-Sales Activities like

-    Tendering
-    Responding to Queries
-    Managing Compliance
-    Prepare BoQ
-    Price comparison
-    Data Network Planning
-    Design
-    Implementation
-    Providing Technical Support to internal team and client

Involvement with different OEM and  Vendors to build and verify design Deep Technical knowledge in Architecture, developing successful SOW with involvement of customer and OEM

Experience on Major Transformation projects and successful transitions to implementing support teams.

Must Have:

-   Strong Leadership and Communication Skills
-   Should be able to converse with CXO level leadership

Expected Candidate Profile:

Engineer

Past Experience:

-   6 to 10 years of  experience, preferably with a Network Integration Company (however candidates with lesser experience but richer industry exposure can also apply)
-   Must have worked on Cisco/Juniper/HP technologies

Desirable Certifications (but not limiting factor):

-   CCIE – Routing & Switching, Securities
-   CCNP

Other Aspects/ Skills :

-   Excellent presentation & High impact Communication
-   In-depth knowledge of market & competition

Job Role:

The jobholder is responsible for generating new business, monitoring the project executions acting as the bridge between the client and implementation team. - Tendering
- Client Relationship Management
- Responsible for Brand Promotion & Sales
- Map Potential Customers & generating business for the Organization
- Devise Action plans and Strategies to achieve targets, ensure team meets its deliverable
- Payment Collection
- Negotiate with Principals & distributors on additional discounts & payments terms on transaction
- Lead, Mentor & Motivate the Sales team
- Responsible for Account Management of accounts lead by him & his team

Must Have:

- Strong Leadership and Communication Skills
- Should be able to converse with CXO level leadership

Education:

MBA – Sales & Marketing(Preferred)

Desirable:

Engineer + MBA (Specialization: Sales & Marketing)

Past Experience:
